Welcome to Extended Day Services!

Extended Day Services serves 11 elementary and middle schools in four school districts in Western Pennsylvania. Our school districts include Upper St. Clair, Peters Township, South Fayette and Chartiers Valley . Our centers offer developmentally appropriate before and after school programs for elementary and middle school children from five to twelve years of age. Our centers operate Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. until the beginning of the school day and after school until 6:00 P.M.

In addition to before and afterschool programs, we also offer a K-Plus program for kindergarten students. The K-Plus program is a half-day kindergarten enrichment program offered opposite a child's regular half-day kindergarten session. The K-Plus program operates at each elementary school and follows the district's kindergarten curriculum, providing children with hands-on activities to supplement and reinforce their classroom instruction in reading, math, science and social studies.

Extended Day Services is fully licensed and regulated by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW), and meets or exceeds all DPW licensing standards. Our centers are staffed by trained, caring professionals whose primary concern is the welfare and development of your children.

Extended Day provides a high quality program with a structured curriculum that stresses socialization, education, and recreation. In addition, our curriculum provides homework support and snacks every day. We welcome parents and family to visit us anytime!
